How DreamDecoded works, in plain language.
Your journal
Entries you save are private to your account. They aren't shown in the community unless you choose to share one, dream by dream.
How AI reflections work
When you ask for a reflection, DreamDecoded sends that dream's title, text, mood and tags to an AI provider to generate possible themes, emotions, alternative readings and questions. Your account details, other entries and shared posts are not sent. The result is saved privately on the entry unless you separately choose to publish it.
Reflections are invitations, not answers
Reflections offer possible readings to think with. They are not a definition of your dream, not a prediction of the future, and not medical or psychological advice.
Comments and reactions
Anyone reading the community feed can see shared posts and comments. You need an account and a confirmed 18+ age to react, comment, report or block.
Reporting and blocking
Report a post or comment from its menu; a moderator reviews it without sharing your name. Block a dreamer to hide their posts and comments from your feed — you can undo this in Account & privacy.
Export and delete
From Account & privacy you can download everything linked to your account as a file, or delete your account and all of its data permanently.
